The Town Centre Apartments:
The Upper Apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, additionla beds may be added by arrangement.
Towels and linen are provided. The apartment will be fully cleaned before you arrive and after each week during your holiday including a change of bedding and towels. Additional laundry and cleaning services are available for a small charge.
The Large Roof Terrace (see roof terrace picture above) is ideal for those holiday drinks in the evening overlooking the picturesque bay towards Cavalier Island and the setting sun.

Kitchen equipment includes an oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, kettle, toaster etc.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan and lead onto a French style balcony which overlooks the gardens below. The lounge/diner is equipped with a sofa and 2 easy chairs, dining table and 4 chairs.

There are two Terraced areas off the Lounge, one private located above the ground floor bedroom and the other above the front steps there is also a small garden, all ideal for those holiday drinks in the evening overlooking the picturesque bay towards the setting sun, .

Activities Nearby:
Walking Routes abound in the area and suit all grades and ages, all with spectacular views. Dive Schools offer beginners courses, try a dive, and day trips to snorkel or dive. Gulet Boat trips to the islands, sunset cruises, fishing trips. Ece Saray Marina and Yes Marina are just 5 and 10 minutes away. A Water Park is 15 minutes by minibus. Parascending from the 6,000ft Babadag is 20 minutes away in Olu Deniz as is the famous Blue Lagoon. The old Roman Fortress at Patara Beach (20Kms of pure white sand) where according to myth, Appollo was born and as a matter of fact St Nicholas was born.
Location:
Situated in a residential area one road behind the one way system the apartment is ideal for family holidays.
A 5 minute walk (literally) leads to the seafront, bars and restaurants and the nearest supermarket (open late!).
You are right in the middle of Fethiye, the old town area with its restaurants and shopping stalls, the local minibus station is at the end of the road and services Olu Deniz, Calis Beach and Ak Sazlar Beach running every 10 mins or so. The Seafront Promenade is lined with bars and restaurants and from here the Boat trips leave for various tours such as the 12 islands, Gocek Marina and also the water taxis leave for Calis Beach, all at very reasonable rates, the sunset cruises are great value.
Calis Beach is 20 mins by water taxi or 15 mins by minibus.
Gocek Marina is 30 to 45 mins by bus.
The famous Olu Denize Beach is just 25 mins by mini bus.
Airport:
Dalaman is the nearest airport, taxis and hire cars are available on arrival and the journey from the airport to Fethiye takes about 45 to 60 minutes. Transfers between Dalaman and Fethiye may be booked in advance (recommended). The Villa’s location is such that car hire is not essential to a good holiday, the local facilities are in walking distance and the local transport system is very cheap, however for those that wish to go further afield car hire is available both locally and from the airport at approximately £ 25 to £30 per day.
Most main UK airports operate direct charter flights to Dalaman Airport in the summer season.
Local markets:
Tuesday Market in Fethiye (not to be missed). Sunday Market in Gocek, this is recommended by boat which stops off to let you have a refreshing swim in the summer months.
